Discussions on psychological safety and trust are designed to quickly integrate a language for talking about it and ensuring your leaders, employees, and team members are safe to contribute, challenge the status quo, and innovate.
Group or Team Coaching
Group or team coaching can be conducted virtually or in person and typically involves upfront coordination with leaders to understand team dynamics and challenges. Successful sessions require psychological safety and trust among members to enable open discussion and feedback.
